How to Watch

The easiest and most dependable way to access and watch the Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin stream is on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

To ACCESS and WATCH the live stream on your computer, tablet, or smartphone follow Steps 1 and 2. If you are interested in watching the live stream from your SmartTV, you may be able to do so (if your TV is compatible for viewing live streams) by continuing on to the supplemental information below.

Step 1 - Click on the link you received in your confirmation email after you purchase your ticket.

▪ The link will take you to the “Performance Space” on our website at

▪ If you click on your link, type in and click on the ‘Watch Now’ button located at top of the website. Super easy.

Step 2 - Enter the provided password you received in the same email with the event link provided by your ticket provider.

▪ If you have joined prior to the performance start time you will see a “Coming Soon” message. You are in the right place.

▪ If you have joined after the live stream has started you will either see the live stream immediately or you may need to press ‘play’. If that does not start the video please try refreshing your browser.

Before the performance begins, be sure to disable your notifications, including but not limited to text messages, phone calls, email notifications, alarms, system updates, and anything that may cause an interruption during the live stream. You can usually do this under settings.

How long is the video available?

You'll be able to view the video from Thursday, May 14 at 9 p.m. through Sunday, May 17 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

How long is the broadcast?

The show itself runs 1 hour and 45 minutes. There will be a 6 minute introduction and a 10-12 minute live audience talkback following the performance.

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes, Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin is suitable for the whole family!

How will I receive my link to the live stream?

You will receive your link in your confirmation email, sent as soon as your purchase your ticket.

We will only be able to provide one link per email address. If you purchase a virtual ticket for someone else, you can forward the link to their email. 

The quality of the video does not look great, is there anything I can do to improve the quality?

Please click the “bolt/screw” icon inside the video player and select the highest quality available (this option may vary based on the browser you are using).

The stream is broadcast at a standard high-quality video and is dependent on each individual’s internet bandwidth and speed.

The video is playing but I cannot hear any sound.

Please click the “audio” icon inside the video player and make sure it is not set to mute and/or select your preferred level of volume.

Please ensure that the video does not say “mute” anywhere on the screen.

Also confirm that the device from which you are viewing the video is not on mute and that the volume is not turned down.
