How do I pick up my tickets?

You can pick up your ticket packets at the Guest Services table at the following times (otherwise, please proceed to the Box Office):

Thursday, April 4,  12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday, April 5,  9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Where is the Guest Services table?

The Guest Services table is located in the Frazier Lobby, right next to the box office.

Where is the box office and what are the hours?

The Box Office is located next to the double elevators at the Main Street entrance to the parking garage.

Monday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday – Sunday Noon – half an hour after last curtain time

Special Early Openings
April 6: 11 a.m.
April 7: 10 a.m.

Can I buy Actors Theatre and Humana Festival swag?

Yes, a gift shop and bookstore will be located in the lobby. Actors Theatre and Humana Festival merchandise will be available along with Humana Festival anthologies, scripts from this year’s playwrights and other theatre-related books.

Encore Weekend
April 4: 5:30 – 9:30 p.m.

How do I get to the Encore Weekend Cocktail Mixer?

The Encore Cocktail Mixer is at the KMAC Museum (715 W. Main St) only 4 blocks from the theatre. If you do not want to walk, there will be shuttle vans that can take you from the theatre to the event. Shuttles will be available throughout the event to take you back to the theatre or to partner hotels.

What should I do if I’m staying somewhere other than a partner hotel (eg. AirBnB)?

There are several local taxi companies. Uber and Lyft are also available in Louisville.

*Note that you will need to call for a taxi and request a pickup as most taxis do not respond to being flagged down on the street.

Is there a way I can get my schedule, show information, and other festival information on my phone?

What meals are provided and where should I go to eat?

Food will be provided several times throughout the Festival.

Can I bring my luggage to the theatre?

Yes, coat check will be available during the following times. The cost is $2 per item.

Where is Lost and Found?

Lost and Found is located in the Front of House office on Level 1 in the Sara Shallenberger Lobby, near the entrance to the Pamela Brown Auditorium.
