Answering your questions about the Humana Festival

How do I pick up my tickets?

You can pick up your ticket packets at the Guest Services table at the following times (otherwise, please proceed to the Box Office):

First Look Weekend: Friday March 20 from 4 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Discover Weekend: Friday, March 27 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
College Days: Check in begins at 4 p.m. in the Main Lobby
Ovation Weekend: Friday, April 3 from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Encore Weekend: Thursday, April 9 from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Friday, April 10 from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Where is the Guest Services table?

The Guest Services table is located in the Frazier Lobby, right next to the Box Office.

Where is the box office and what are the hours?

The Box Office is located next to the double elevators at the Main Street entrance to the parking garage.

Can I buy Actors Theatre and Humana Festival swag?

Yes, a gift shop and bookstore will be located in the lobby. Actors Theatre and Humana Festival merchandise will be available along with Humana Festival anthologies, plays from Humana Festival playwrights and other theatre-related books.

Do you provide transportation from the airport?

Actors Theatre is pleased to offer complimentary, volunteer-supported shuttle transportation from the airport to the theatre or our partner hotels for our package patrons during the final two weekends of the Humana Festival, April 3–5 and April 10–12.

What should I do if I’m staying somewhere other than a partner hotel (like an AirBnB)?

There are several local taxi companies. Uber and Lyft are also available in Louisville.

Where is Lost and Found?

Lost and Found is located in the Front of House office on Level 1 in the Sara Shallenberger Lobby, near the entrance to the Pamela Brown Auditorium.
