When do I get my passes?

Your passes will be mailed to you this summer prior to the start of the season.

How do I redeem my passes for tickets?

Please call call the Box Office. You may do so at any time, even before your passes arrive in the mail!

I'm giving this pass as a gift.

That's great! Please call the Box Office as soon as possible and have your loved one's contact information on hand.

Can I use this at a holiday show?

Sure! You can redeem your passes at any show in our 2019–2020 season, including our holiday favorites. If you are a Gold Pass holder, please review blackout dates for the holiday shows

We recommend redeeming for a holiday performance of your choice as soon as possible to ensure availability.

When does this pass expire?

You must redeem your passes at any show in our 2019–2020 season. Passes expire on Sunday, April 12, 2020. Redemption is based on availability.

Why can't I use my passes at Ring of Fire?

While we are excited to bring Ring of Fire to Louisville audiences, it is a special summer production at Actors Theatre and is unaffiliated with the 2019–2020 season, when season Platinum and Gold passes are valid.

What additional benefits do I receive?

You'll receive our quarterly magazine Limelight, as well as free access to Actors Theatre events and prepaid parking discounts (call the Box Office to purchase).

I still have more questions.

We're here to help! Call us.
