Chaperones

Additional chaperone seats will be available at the regular rate of that production.

Reservations Requests

All requests for student matinee performances must be submitted via our online reservation request form. Performance dates are assigned based upon availability. If we aren't able to accommodate a request due to seating or date limitation, orders will be placed on the waitlist.

Deposits are required to hold seats for a student matinee performance per the following:

$25 if requesting 10 or fewer seats.

Final Payment

A final guaranteed number with full payment is due more than 30 days before a performance date.

Waitlist

A waitlist is created once all of the performances for a specific production have been fully booked. To be placed on the waitlist, you must submit an Online Reservation Request Form. Typically, space will become available a month or less prior to a performance date.

A deposit is not required to be place on the waitlist; however, if space becomes available, either a deposit or full payment will be due before the performance.

Refunds

Refunds will be given if the request for cancellation is received in writing by email or U.S. Mail more than 30 days prior to a performance date and cancellation notice has been confirmed by the Group Sales Department.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to a performance date.

Schools missing performances due to school closure for inclement weather on the day of the performance will be given an Actors Theatre system credit to be used for future student matinee performance in the 2019—2020 or 2020—2021 seasons. Exceptions will be considered for performances in January and February.
