Johnnie has directed and choreographed RENT (Ferndale Repertory Theater), The Unwritten Law (Two River Theater Workshop), Sacred Spaces (Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble and the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra), West Side Story (Howard Theatre, Durban, South Africa), Bamboula: Musicians’ Brew (NEFA Award). Johnnie performed for the 2016 Opening Ceremonies to the Olympic Games (Rio de Janeiro) and is a featured dancer in the upcoming film, The Young Wife (2023 Netflix release).
