Box Office Information

Our buildings will be open one hour prior to performance times. 

Our Box Office will remain virtual, but Actors Theatre’s Patron Service team is available to help! You can click here to fill out this form or email BoxOffice@actorstheatre.org. Please include your name, address, email address, and phone number along with your inquiry. A member of our team will respond within 3 business days. 

Ticket Policies

If an exchange is needed, please email your request to : boxoffice@actorstheatre.org. When possible, we will accommodate a ticket exchange.

Ticket Fees

All tickets for virtual performances are subject to a $5 per order technology fee. All tickets for in-person productions are subject to a $5 per ticket fee. These fees support our 24/7 online ticketing service as well as the digital platforms on which virtual performances are presented. Fees may vary for offerings produced or presented by outside partners.

Fees for Actors Theatre productions are waived for Blue, Red, and Purple Members. Members must be logged into their account to receive applicable benefits. Explore our memberships.
