Montrell Bross, Sr. is a driven fundraiser, finance leader, and community advocate. He currently focuses on corporate relationship building for Seven Counties Services. Before his current role, Montrell spent 20+ years in the banking and mortgage industry with a sales record of over $10 million annually. Montrell is a thriving state, middle school, and high school football coach with a proven record of increasing athlete performance and knows how to win.  

Montrell has a bachelor's in finance and economics from Kentucky State University and is a proud Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Montrell is the proud father of three children attending college and one enthusiastic middle schooler. He lives in Louisville with his fiancée and their two dogs.
