Box Office Information
For any ticket-related questions or concerns, email us at boxoffice@actorstheatre.org. Please include your name, email address, and phone number along with your inquiry. The box office can also be reached by phone at (502) 584-1205 Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. You are welcome to leave a voice mail message outside of those hours. A member of our team will respond to your email or voicemail within 3 business days.
Payment Methods
Actors Theatre of Louisville accepts all major debit and credit cards. Student matinee groups may pay with check, ACH payment, or credit card. Cash is not accepted.
Ticket Policies
If an exchange is needed, please email your request to : boxoffice@actorstheatre.org. When possible, we will accommodate a ticket exchange. In some cases, there could be an increase in cost from your original purchase
Ticket Fees
All tickets for in-person productions are subject to a $5 per ticket fee. These fees support our 24/7 online ticketing service as well as the digital platforms on which virtual performances are presented. Fees may vary for offerings produced or presented by outside partners.
Fees for Actors Theatre productions are waived for Blue, Red, and Purple Members. Members must be logged into their account to receive applicable benefits. Explore our memberships. Fees may vary for offerings produced or presented by outside partners.
