Full Time

Business Administrator

$45,000/year, full-time non-exempt

The Business Administrator provides administrative support to Theatre’s Executive Leadership and Board of Directors, with specific attention to the daily operations of finance and development. The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, experience in handling sensitive information, and have experience in the administrative procedures and tools required to support multiple areas of a complex not-for-profit environment.

Part Time

Radical Hospitality Team Members

$15/hr, part-time

Members of the Radical Hospitality Team work together to foster a welcoming environment for all people, especially for those belonging to historically excluded communities and identities. Specific roles and responsibilities will be flexible on a shift-by-shift basis and include greeting guests, verifying vaccination documentation, scanning tickets, responding to accessibility needs, providing assisted listening devices, ushering and assisting guests with way finding through the theater and lobby spaces. The position will be required to work on evenings and weekends and may require the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds.

Dressers

$17/hr, Overhire

Dressers are responsible for the care and maintenance of costumes during tech and run of the production. They will provide hands-on assistance with pre and post show duties, quick changes, emergency repairs and laundry as assigned by the Costume/Wardrobe supervisor. Candidates should have an understanding of how to run a wardrobe track backstage. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds while navigating stairs and work in confined spaces with low visibility. This position will require you to work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled. Responding to this listing will add your name to our roster of part-time, hourly (aka overhire) Dresser positions.

Guidelines for Submitting Work

At this time, we’re primarily reviewing materials as a way to get to know artists and expand our knowledge of voices with whom we might find an affinity and an opportunity to support in the future. Instead of focusing on consideration for a specific season, this effort is part of a long-term, ongoing process to find creative synergies and grow relationships.
