About Sing Sing

This beautiful true story follows Divine G, imprisoned for a crime he didn’t commit, who finds purpose in a theatre group with fellow incarcerated men. With an unforgettable cast featuring many formerly incarcerated actors, Sing Sing is a “radiant beacon of hope” (Deadline) about resilience, community, and the transformative power of art.

“A film like Sing Sing is a rare, precious achievement—a cinematic work of unique empathy and hand-turned humanity, hewed from the heart, with rigorous attention paid to the creative process.” —Los Angeles Times
