What to Expect
Your evening at a glance —
everything from arrival to the final bow.
Our facility opens one hour before each scheduled performance. The lobbies of all three theatres are accessible via the Main Street elevator, and you can also enter at street level through the door beside the Main Street garage entrance.
There’s no formal dress code at Actors Theatre. Come as you are — whether that’s jeans and a T-shirt or your finest evening attire. We want you to feel comfortable.
On Level 1, there are restrooms designated M (with private stalls and urinals) and W (with private stalls). On the Mezzanine Level, two sets of ungendered restroom facilities are open to all guests. Every restroom includes accessible stalls with additional space.
Ticket exchanges are available subject to availability and may vary by production. Email boxoffice@actorstheatre.org with your request. In some cases, there may be a cost difference between your original and new tickets.
Yes! Volunteer ushers can see performances that aren’t sold out for free. It’s a wonderful way to experience the theatre while supporting the community. Sign up through your online account.
Yes — the Bingham is an in-the-round configuration, meaning the audience surrounds the stage. Performers may have their backs to various sections at different moments. If you have difficulty hearing when you can’t see the speaker, an assistive listening device can help — just ask at the Radical Hospitality Hub.
