José Pérez IV is a fight & intimacy director, actor, and stunt performer based in Pittsburgh, PA. He served as the Resident Fight & Intimacy Director of Pittsburgh Public Theater for 4 seasons. Recent acting credits: Billy/John in Birthday Candles (City Theatre), AD in 10 Out of 12 and Lehman Brother/Ensemble in Enron (Quantum Theatre), Bombur/Elven Queen in The Hobbit (Pittsburgh Public), Jo in To Battle: a fight play (Louisville Hivemind). Fight/intimacy credits: two seasons of Dracula: a feminist revenge fantasy (Actors Theatre), Noises Off, The Hobbit, The Coffin Maker (Pittsburgh Public), POTUS (City Theatre), Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (Cleveland Playhouse), Breakfalls (Vermont Stage), Hair (Tantrum Theatre).
