Rosewood Lane
Your favorite content creator Rosewood Lane aka Redd Biddix is a queer Afrofuturistic creative director and social engaged artist merging music production, performance style poetry, fashion, visual art, interactive art; to tell LGBTQ stories & spread awareness to mental illness. Between 2013-2015 they worked as an after-school art instructor in collaboration with AMPED Louisville, Boy & Girls Club, LCCC, & Shawnee Cultural Arts Center. Between 2015-2021 they have been featured in “Seed Capital’s Gateway to Foodport Billboard” 30th & Market St, an initiative designed to bring healthy food to west Louisville. “The Art of Goodwill” at The Speed Art Museum, an exhibit featuring roughly 10 artists sourcing materials from Goodwill stores to create a custom fashion line. “Tearing Down the Walls” at Encore on 4th & other storefronts across Louisville KY, a project designed to bring businesses together in the city of Louisville after the riots. “Bespoke Louisville” at The Speed Art Gallery, a Feminist Graffiti experience created to showcase the art of graffiti and celebrate feminism. They are currently an executive production engineer at Rich for Life Studios. They have worked as an independent freelance artist since 2019 creating large scale murals, portraits and interactive art exhibits. Rosewood began using music as an outlet in 2014. They are a self-taught music Producer.
