Kavin is a theatre artist who wears many hats: Producer, Casting Director, Choreographer, Educator, and Arts Administrator. Their time at Actors Theatre began as the LACE Apprentice moving to Artistic Coordinator to Line Producer and now happily working as the Artistic Producer. Previously, Kavin worked as the Artistic Coordinator & Casting Associate at Marriott Theatre, and the Casting Director at Pegasus Theatre Chicago. In addition to their regional theatre work, they also made their Off-Broadway debut as a Producer of the 24 Hour Plays: Nationals at Classic Stage Company. He is a member of the Casting Society of America and is a proud alumnus of the Broadway for Racial Justice Casting Directive. They holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ball State University. Kavin's work is rooted in empathy and equity. They are very passionate about cultivating inclusive and affirming spaces for the arts!
